Job Responsibilities:


Photoshoot & video shoot:

  • Execute all photoshoots and video shoots as per the annual production calendar
  • Execute backend operations for photoshoots and video shoots such as product management, model management and contractual management while working with departments such as design, retail, visual merchandising, transport etc.
  • Prepare required documents including collecting product lists, preparing shoot shortlists, preparing shoot layouts, conducting model trials, preparing billing documentation, preparing implementation deck

Promotions (TTL):

  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including-- marketing database, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Execute monthly traffic sessions and conversion/catalog ads and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

Promotions (ATL):

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Visual Merchandising, Outlets) to produce effective marketing materials and execute promotions at the outlets
  • Work with teams to assist with various marketing needs including outlet openings, special events, and marketing support to capitalize on unique market opportunities and collaborate with third-party partners on production and distribution

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so


Qualifications:


Education:

  • A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed university


Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role is preferred
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
